Kingdom hearts 3ds (Dream drop distance) Trailer.

Sliding along roofs, running and jumping on walls... It's Kingdom Hearts with more action!
The story seems a little... disjointed though. Why are they young again? why are they fighting Ansem/Xehanort? why is Riku called "Malice"

I would understand if it was the Mark of Mastery exam, and they had to go into their dreams or whatever, but Aqua and Terra didn't have to do that, all they did was fight some glowing orbs and show they had a pure heart, which Sora already has done.
It seems more like a filler game than anything, just to get people excited for Kingdom Hearts 3 (in the same way "Days" hyped up Birth by Sleep).

RE:Coded hyped up 3D, and i bet that 3D will hype up KHIII. I doubt there will be a serious plot in the game until the very end :/

Except Re: Coded has been the most god awful gaming experience in recent years. It certainly hasn't hyped up KH3D. KH is sort of self-promoting anyway.

I wasn't really talking about the gameplay, it's just that every Kingdom Hearts game has a "Secret ending" which always hypes up the next game(At least to hardcore fans anyway).
SE isn't really doing much to bring new players in, they are trying to keep the players they have already sucked in.
if a person who has never played KH before saw this trailer, they would just think it looked exactly like the first Kingdom Hearts game, or look EXACTLY the same as the one just recently released on the DS, while a hardcore player would get it because they know the overall story of KH and want to continue it. (Which the secret endings make you want to do)

TBH as much as i complained i didn't hate Re:coded that much, the boss fights weren't all that bad because they were mostly original in their way of going about the fight... story kind of sucked though... a 15 hour plot device that plays like Kingdom Heart:Inception (It's a Stream within a Stream... of data)

I can't tell anything based off this trailer except the areas look like they did in re:coded, the two main heros seem more abiguously gay then ever (honestly what point does Kairi serve other then to distract from the fact these two guys want to grab each other's keyblades), and this will just be another cock tease b4 an actual release... hopefully it clears some things up... like wtp is namine, how is Ventus Sora's nobody, what happened to the other humon forms of the Nobodies of XIII (they showes a few in BBS but not all), will a female get a decent role besides dumbass in distress (seriously EVERY female has had to be rescued besides Luxerane.. who was a dominatrix Neyo Tsundere).

Though by what we know it seems like KH3 will just be a retelling of BBS except with sora and them.

(Note: haven't seen anything from BBS: Final Mix (gonna do so later tonight) or Re:coded, so I might not be up to date on everything out...)

His heart is in Sora. He's not his nobody, but I'm guessing that Ventus' presence affected the appearance of Roxas.

And then Vanitas... don't remember exactly, so this could be horribly wrong, but I thought it was because of the fact that Ventus' heart was in Sora caused him to look that way... in the past? I dunno.

Looks terrible, just like every other Kingdom Hearts game.
