Skeletons Officers/Officer Skeletons are lvl 35, they are on the ruins/excavation site northeast (up-right) of Perion. They spawn is great and the map isn't hard to navigate.
Dead Scarecrows map portal is on the same map as Jesters map portal, the middle one Like Jesters, their EXP is higher than it should be, but they have the normal HP for their level (unlike Jesters' lvl 90ish HP). Needless to say, people crowd this place as much as the Jesters maps, but either you train here or go back to Officer Skeletons (1/3 the exp of an Scarecrow) until lvl 60
Twister Jester. Nothing I really need to explain. You'll probably get sick of Scarecrows by level 60 and you will have two choices: lvl 73 Chronos on Ludi or lvl 70 Jesters. Yeah, it sucks.
Now, the problem with Jesters is that they have NO mp for you to drain (bring MP pots!) but they have a lvl 90 monster HP. Their HP:EXP ratio is actually the worst for their level iirc. What makes them so attractive is the fact that each Jester gives as much exp as 4~5 Chronos. They take x5 more time to kill, but mobbing them is so much easier, 1 Jester = 5 Chronos, if you kill 4 Jesters in 10 secs, you would need to kill 18~20 chronos in 10 secs just to get the same exp.
You can finally leave Jesters when you feel you're leveled up enough to go to MP3.
