PIC mysteriously changed

So, I was on my HS mule account for several weeks, happily helping my other characters level. Then one day, to my horror, when I tried to select a character from the login screen, my PIC didn't work. My password worked fine, and my characters seem to remain untouched. Unfortunately for me, when I made this account a few years back, I never thought I would be in this situation. I had a fake last name, fake birthday, and used an email address that I never accessed after the creation of the account; therefore, I don't have/know those 3 crucial pieces of information. So is there anything I can do to retrieve my account with only my password?

Try to get the e-mail if possible. If you do remember it, try remaking it if it's been deleted for inactivity (i.e. hotmail). If you don't, you should still be able to follow the steps listed in the sticky thread on these forums that shows you your e-mail. Log in, go to pay by cash or whatnot, and it'll show you your email before you go through with it (find the sticky for full steps). This is, of course, reliant on the nexon website actually allowing you to charge NX cash (it hasn't let me on any account for a couple years, so good luck). If you have your email you can just reset your pic that way... don't need the other two pieces of info.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I should have seen the sticky, but thanks for directing me to it. Fortunately, the hacker wasn't very thourough; he only stole 1 level 17 ring out of 4, and a few million mesos. What bothers me most is that I was even able to get hacked. Gotta increase my security I guess.
