Yah, but Aran needs combo, GL when the boss stuns. Or morelike, GL getting combo at a PvP.

Our hp is horrible for a melee class that doesnt have invi frames or godly avoid. Could i get link for the post-bb dps chart? I can think of many classes that out dps me, bad. And if the dps is with purple surfboard, it's far from realistic.

As for post-chaos dps chart, I have no idea, but if we compare opness of aran to DB, BaM and Mechanic, I can pretty much ensure that Aran looks out of place in there.

Like someone else pointed out, all trailers do this. They all highlight or stretch the truth in some way, shape or form. Even TV show previews do this, they piece together certain scenes to give you an impression of something to get you watching the next episode (Dexter does this a lot). It's all part of the advertising game. If people put a boring but completely truthful trailer, people will think its boring and not find any interest in it.

But since you put it that way, Maplestory has to do everything they can to make PvP seem interesting and exciting. I guess I can let this slide.

Well most trailers do. If they used some of the crappy videos we've seen on facebook that are supposed to show off a class, pvp would look like crap in addition to being crap. A trailer is supposed to be a short summary about something, but if it's not exciting, then people won't find it exciting. If it looks stupid, people will think it's stupid.

Pretty sure if nexon showed the SS you posted as their trailer and the quality was similar to that, people would find it stupid.

So why are they fighting each other if the Black Mage threatens to rule them all?

I was wondering that too...Considering the Black Mage gains control of the Empress (although thats in the future I think), now doesn't seem like the time to fight about who gets to solo the Black Mage.
