We have this in JMS -- it's not THAT great. The only good thing from it was the medal, and that's now out-classed by the Time Traveler's medal (of course, that's not even obtainable anymore).


Oh yeah... There were STR earrings too, but those were event only, if I recall correctly.


Also, it's pretty boring. The only point in this is to AFK at night doing this, rather than putting up a shop or something.

I liked it until I read there was a limit to how often you could do it. What's the point of an AFKing system where you can only do it for two hours?

Didn't we have that event where you got taken to a dock and you could use a net to catch fish that you could hotkey and put a rock on the net and bot it.

Why does this remind me of Breath of Fire series? Oh yeah, fishing... NO!!! We don't need another Premium (Nx required) event!!!

Q: Could fishing earn lots of meso such as 5k per bait (600k per day)
On a good day, you’ll only get 40000 mesos for 120 regular baits probably.

Uh... no thanks. It's probably faster finding equips and NPCing them for more than 40k.

I dont really see it as botting since earning EXP from the fishing system was used by high level players and low alike.

It's boring as hell. There's no point for fishing at all, except for fish rings. But it just gives you bubble effect, +0 status.
