Warriors with Str daggers?

First of all, can a Warriors use skills with strength daggers?

Second, does their mastery effect the use of str daggers?

Just wanted to know.

no(a few that can be used with any weapon, but brandish/intrepid slash no) and almost positive no

power strike, slash blast, (hero) combo, shout... brb trying magnet

you dont get any mastery

edit: magnet works w/ all weapons

On the Paladin side of things, HH works with any weapon, nothing else in 3rd/4th does (incl. Rush, can't even rush with axes)
