Actually, it's not really Happyville that's hacker central. It's White Christmas Hill (accessed by the tiny penguin).

Happyville at least gives a chair and some fun potions. There is also that Jewish holiday place (sorry, forgot how to spell the name of that holiday and I'm too lazy to look it up) that gives out 2 free Gelt Chocolates for each character you have, and I must say that the 120 Watt it provides is nice.
