Charging NX with a prepaid

Ok I had no idea where to put this, cause it isn't really maple related.

I'm trying to charge NX with a prepaid Visa giftcard, and Nexon won't let me!
Any ideas why it keeps declining the card, I have enough funds and I registered the card online.

You might have to charge through Paypal with it.

Tried that and it wouldn't work.

Write UltimatePay and ask them?

Is there any way to transfer the money on the card to your Paypal balance? If you can do that then you should be able to charge.
