1) Is there a level threshold to get into the area?
1.1) If so, can it be circumvented by Mystic Door or Family Teleport?
1.2) If not, what's the minimum level?
2) For party bonus, do all members of the party have to be getting exp, or is it enough that they're in the room? In other words, would a party of 5 attackers and a non-leeching HS mule get a 5-person bonus or 6-person?
3) Are there safe spots in all/some of the good training rooms?
