Black Phoenix Shield - why so expensive?

Okay... It looks cool, decent to most, it's surely the best looking shield you'll get that's common class, and it has the best common class shield stats as well.

Now, it's also iTCG, why does that matter? It requires items from the MapleStory iTCG Set 1, which is no longer in production, and rare to find in any stores, even most online card shops. When you do find a booster box online, it costs 90$, 30 dollars more than the rest of the sets. So basically, the biggest reason it costs so much, is it's rarity. That's it, and people are willing to pay for it, cause it does look good. I like it, I'd never buy one, but only cause I'm a stat whore, and would rather have a maple shield, even at the higher cost.

... Nexon would get a lot of sales from invisible shields if they ever decide to release them.

Heh, yeah they would! I assumed they were already out when planning my current "outfit," and was a bit disappointed when I couldn't get one. Fortunately the Esther is almost invisible except in certain positions, but a totally transparent shield would be even better.
