How about a "secondary job" at lvl200?

Last thread was about ability to wear weapon of another class. I didn't even see that when I got this idea, but here's my idea:

Secondary job at level 200

- You can get second job at level 200 ONLY (To prevent abuse)
- You can get SP/AP from new lvl200 quests.
- Party buffs of the secondary job can not be gained (SE,HB,HS etc.)
- You will have half of the SP the job would have as 1st priority job.
- Additional AP cannot be used on main stat of your previous job
- You can only have 1 secondary job/character
- You will have to max all skills in previous job until you can job advance.

Taking your ideas on more restrictions.
