Guild marquee

Kind of a dumb question, but where is the little button to edit the Guild Notice marquee? I can't find it

It's glitched.
Can't edit it.

I tried finding it too, but the button is gone. There's a space next to the notice that looks like there's supposed to be a button there. I guess it's glitched.

And, my guild notice is stuck on "Sara (me) wants _____'s boobs in her mouth". Bleh.
