How do I enter Neo city post big bang?

I'm there, I have a watch but it won't let me in, it says party members are missing and I'm the only party member...

You need to do the quest chain.

If you did it pre bb than maybe you have to do it again.

Remember quest chain starts at magatia

Sadly, everything in neo city is so weak and nerfed in drops theres nothing even half decent at Neo city anymore. I went all the way to nibelung battleship and it only gave me 10 pots, what a disgrace .

You think that's bad. Go fight Dunas Type D and Royal Guard Type S...

I only soloed RGTS for exp and when I'm bored, thats nothing to me, I'm just forced to run back to NLC now for pots instead of getting an easy 40-50 pots per 2mins at nibelung. When you're at higher lvls RGTS seems like crappy xp compared to 4x training at ob4 or skele.
