Every boss was nerfed and gives crap EXP now. Did this happen in KMS's Big Bang?

Not every boss was nerfed. Only the ones that weren't in KMS.

Pap still gives great exp... for me 12% per pap as a level 129.

OH pomegranate. I was going to go Pap but decided not to because Headless Horseman and Bigfoot got nerfed, so I thought all bosses got nerfed. Thanks for clearing this up, guys!

I didn't see it, but is scarlion the same as it always has? Galloperas went untouched, so I'm wanting to know if scar and targa remained untouched aswell.
