Anyone ever change there e-mail address?

Linked to your Nexon ID? Yesterday, my email address got hacked and i requested an email change from nexon and they gave me a form I had to fill out. I was wondering if anyone ever filled out the form too and how long it took them to reply. Also if you can tell me how they contact you after you submit the form, that'd be great. thanks.

okay, so i got my hands on the e-mail fax instruction form and i'm sorta quite pineappleed here. i signed up my nexon account when i was like freaking 12 years old and signed up with fake info. the last name and birthday is fake and they want a picture of my passport or my ID. what the hell should i do?

My friend had his account locked ages ago and filled out that form. Hes yet to even get notification that Nexon's even read it or want him to fax anything.

Maybe they are discriminating because hes from Europe idk, but its annoying because he cant play at all now since making a new account would be ip blocked.

I would do that but..since I quit for about a year and a half I forgot my e-mail altogether. So can't play my bishop and ranger anymore...

i just got my e-mail back, but i don't think my account is still secure enough.
