Is ???? ? still attainable in patch 0.60

I've tried to get this item in 0.59 in case it became unattainable in 0.60, but I wasn't able to get this item before the patch on Tuesday night.
I want to know if it is still possible to get this item, so if anyone receives this item from Gachapon, please post here (screenshot would be nice as well).

Just to note, this item was previously coming from Zipangu Gachapon, meaning you will have to go to the Showa Gachapon now to receive this item due to the Gachapon switch in 0.60.

Yeah, I just got one today from mush shrine. Kind of pointless since im an archmage. Plus I have two now >.>

I have three from zipangu, I had to drop one though for slots but I'm keeping the other two fro the 10 slots
