Large Hadron Collider's first run a success!

Haha, I don't think this is "doom bringer" to say, but I do believe the technology it will help develop might be. (Think of nuclear weapons in reverse, technology first then weapons - it is going to happen) . The fear of apocalypse from this was vastly over "advertised" in the media (especially CNN & Fox) and even on a History channel special (History channel doesn't deserve that name anymore).
