Decent HB after Big Bang

Quick question, Currently, the "decent' obtainable skills from potential'd items are normally 10 sp lower then the normal maxed skill(Decent HB is basically lv 20 HB with 40%+ hp gain compared to normal lv 30 HB with a 60%+ hp boost).

And i read that post big bang, the max level for HB is 20, and level 10 HB from there on will only give a 30% hp boost, so does that mean decent HB will only give a 30% hp boost or does anyone know if it will continue to be a 40% boost after big bang, or will it be nerfed to 30%?

No, Decent HB and Spearman's HB have nothing in common else than the facts that they're both HB's and give HP&MP.
The fact that lv 20 Spearman's HB bonus equals to Decent HB's bonus has nothing to do with it, it doesn't base off it.
