Problems with Windowed Mode

So, has anyone else experienced this problem with Windowed mode? I activate windowed mode and pull it to the center of my screen, but it always snaps back to the upper-left corner after a few seconds. I'm not sure what could be causing this, since it was working fine yesterday. Has this happened to anyone else?
