Hackers are changing my password

So long story short, I got into this dispute with a guy. He said that he was going to "lock my account" and that I wouldn't be able to log on. So now, just then, I logged off and my password.. it has been changed, although I received no notification that my password has changed. Whenever I do try to change my password, it says I have excceeded the daily limit. I have no idea what to do now? Advice please? As odd as this sounds, but this is actually true, and you may find it hard to believe. So I need your advice.. is there anything I can do? I am logged in at the moment

Reset through your email? Unless the hacker got that too, I think you're screwed.

I have my email, I have resetted my PW around twice, and I cant reset it again. It seems when I try to reset my password, this hacker seems to change it.

Wait, how are you logge din if you don't know your password?

When I logged off, I managed to change my password and relog in again. But he changed my password again, and I can't change my PW anymore.

How can i show screenies? I'm basically still logged on to my account, but my password has been changed. I have used up the daily password retrieval limit.

Make new account and this time keep account info private.

Stay logged onto your character as long as possible. Midnight PDT is in about 6 minutes, I think you should be able to change your password then.

Okay wtp, I changed my PW, then it got changed again..

scan for a keylogger and send a ticket to nexon regarding the issue. also take screenshots of everything in your inventory with the date and time in your chat box

That is the work of a keylogger my friend, I don't think you are going to make ANY headway until that issue is taken care of first..
