I thought as you got to higher levels, the curve became steeper, and the levels it changed were the same as job adv. levels.

The curve is just much more exponential in nature than it was before. It starts out flatter and shoots up much more steeply at the end. First and 2nd job are reduced enormously while 4th job is still a bit over half of what used to be.

I don't think all 50% reduced exp translates directly to 2x faster levelling, though. In GMS we have 2x cards, 2x events all the time, 2x rep, and maps like Gallos and WRs that are pretty much 2 times faster training than regular non-World Tour maps. 2x rep is definitely being nerfed, but we've yet to see what they're going to do to the maps.

In any case, I think some of you have unrealistic expectations for how fast post-BB levelling will be. It's much faster to get up to 4th job, but if you're already 4th job, you don't have too much to gain by not levelling at all until BB.
