Is NX on Tespia Free?

Quick Question.

It used to be in the last few days of 1st (or was it 2nd?) term. Then they started not giving out unlimited NX to everyone in Tespia anymore.

In the Tespia of today, there isn't even Cash Shop or MTS.

In my opinion, they should make Nexon Cash free, or at least make new cash items buyable for free like on kMST and if they had to add something to Gachapon etc. they should make Gachapon tickets free too.

I haven't been here too long.. but I'm 99.99% sure this is in the wrong section.

OT: I'm not sure but it'd be pretty sweet if it were.
