Reverse DB Mask?

Is there a way to get this mask in-game, or is it gach only?
If it is gach only, where could I try to get one of them?

Gach only, supposedly. But during the entire time of the event I never saw a mask come out of Gachapon, or any reports of anyone getting it from Gachapon in any world.

I believe it's Gach-only, as the other masks were only obtainable through leveling your DB up during the event period.
