This is Ami Suzuki and her latest single ONE. If you like Ami other artists I recomend are 'MEG' and 'Perfume'. Here is another one by Ami called FREE FREE. way better than ONE imo.

Another good electronic artist is Bjork, even though alot of her stuff isn't exactly electronic she has some electronic stuff out there.

I also highly recomend Santogold. she is pretty much the best new artist ever. She is a mix of rock, indie rock, electronic, synth pop..and more. She might be a bit too weird for you though idk.

The album Exit by K-Os. It's rap/rock.

You sound like me. xD Less Than Jake is my favourite ska-punk band, listen to The Science of Selling Yourself Short if you haven't already. Metal without screaming... I'd recommend Sevendust; anything from their Seasons album is very good.
