I'd like to tell you guys that participating in a monster battle gives you 5k exp which is enough for a level and some. you can do it once per day for 3 days.

First off, what you said is a bit incorrect. You have to check the 'quest' section everyday, because the rewards change. As a veteran poptag player, I will tell you guys the best way to level: monster mode. Raid 02 is the easiest. You can solo or team up if you like.

yea i just realized but i still retain what i said do monster things 3 times and well i gained levels all 3 accounts are level 3. tommorrow ill get them to level 4

I tried with AOL Dialer but it kept kicking me off for 'Unstable Network connection'...so yeah, no.

And another thing- do we need level 3 or 4 for the code? Someone told me 3, but I did 4 anyways since it says gain 3 levels.

Just level up three or more times, and you’ll automatically be emailed a coupon code for five Gachapon tickets one to two weeks after the event concludes on August 24th.

I would do lvl 4 to be safe, just based off their wording.
One to Two weeks after Aug 24th to receive the code.

I believe it's level 4.

Gaining 3 levels is extremely easy. I did it in 2 days off quests and PVP.

go to the 25% extra exp channel--> do quest for 5k exp--> level 3--> monster battle solo till level 4. shoulda take like 30 minutes at the least, but it's fast. did 2 already, planning on more.
