Summer Themed Items Drop?

[COLOR="Magenta"]So with the new influx of black surfboards, is it safe to assume that other surfboards and tubes drop as well? I'd like to hunt them all again.

If its true could someone point me in the direction of an updated list of drop locations? Linkage would be great.
