Indeed. Also for those who don't live in California aren't blessed with 20 ms ping times to their game servers, so it can be harder to consistently pull it off for some people...

One thing that comes to mind is that depending on how many teleporters will exist on training maps Combat Step may be the best way to move around. As long as you got an edge, you can practically slingshot yourself across the room to the opposite end.
