Toy Story 3

I just watched it today and, call me a kid but it was one of the best movies i've ever seen in my life, it was like my childhood back and the story was very creative as well. The ending was kinda sad though, but that made it even better as we got a clear conclusion and "happy" ending.

Perfect Movie.

Saw it earlier today with my sister. It was great. On top of it being as well made as its predecessors, it was also a huge nostalgia bomb that I thoroughly enjoyed having thrown at me. Manly tears towards the end. I really did shed a couple of them.

I'm not sure what the reviews for this one are looking like right now, but don't let yourself miss this just because "you heard it was bad". If you grew up on the first two Toy Stories, you owe it to yourself to see this one in theaters.

It's seldom often that a second sequel works well; let alone a sequel to begin with. After the first installment, most have tended to crash and burn. After a first installment, most movie characters have tired out their full course of what they have to offer already. Thus, most sequels come out as forced and overextending its course. On the contrary, Pixar already showed roughly a decade ago that Toy Story would always find a way to work and stack up equally to the original with Toy Story 2. Toy Story 1 proved to be a classic and one of the best movies ever made, later making the American Film Institute's 2007 list of the top 100 American movies. Given that, one would expect that a sequel wouldn't be able to follow up and fill its shoes as an equally good movie. Toy Story 2 did not fail at all, in comparison to numerous other sequels. Toy Story 2 had plenty to offer, with its characters and story still as engaging as it had originally been. I've had tons of faith in Pixar being able to pull off this third movie, and the critics have so far shown that it did not disappoint at all. I have yet to see this movie, of course, but reviews from critics and audiences have reached the consensus that this movie didn't at drop in quality at all and it still remains excellent. I'll watch it some time after finals, or something.

Also, I did happen to watch the 3D versions of the first two movies, and enjoyed it more than I did when I was a kid. There was tons of humor I missed out on as a kid, and I appreciated these movies a lot more. That being said, I'm absolutely pumped to see the third one.

I'm seeing it with a few of my friends tomorrow.

Oh, I saw this last week. Loved it.

At first I was like: Wut. How did a kid's movie get such good reviews?

Then I was curious.

Then I shed manly tears. Excellent movie guys, way better than Eclipse.

i can't goto the movie theater cause i can't get down the hill without a car =( (Buses only run 2 times total per day and that's at 5 Am and 8 PM)

Fun Fact: In Toy Story 2, Stinky Pete said that they will no longer be wanted and will end up in a dump.
