It does that when you say party, yeah. Pretty easy to tell if you spam "L> party".

Yeah, figured it out...

The Bishop's HS/MW macro says "Party Buffs~" and every time he casts it I get a maple tip. Wasn't immediately obvious because macros don't end up in the chat window.
