Frustrating Bug

In DFO, I keep having this annoying thing happen where the screen doesn't fit properly and I don't see anywhere were I can change the resolution, The arrows point to the black parts where its not fitting properly

This frustrates me because I can no longer see my EXP bar or HP or MP, and sometimes on the ride side of the screen (If you're facing foward) some stuff gets cut off, please help

press "auto" on your LCD monitor.
