Reset your email?

Is it possible to reset the email that you signed up your nexon passport with? I forgot the password to the email that I used and now I cant log in to it and I need to get in to see if I got into the DFO test server. Please help me someone!

I personally sent mine 2 months ago and they didn't even look at it.

I was just dealing with this problem the other day, when my mule account got deactivated. You can send an email change request form, but I don't know if you can do it if your account hasn't been deactivated. The first request I sent about a week ago, and I sent a second about 4 days ago, but then remembered the password to my email and got on the account. I haven't heard anything from Nexon yet, but I'm just assuming they're going to ignore my two tickets.

log on ur account, and try this form.

you could also try to recover the PW from the email host. that's what i've been trying to do for this account that my friend gave me (he forgot the email and PW, so we're trying to find his security questions now).
