Black Bar

My problem is nothing major, but just a little annoyance, i've tried every single Resolution on my monitor, yet everytime I have maplestory in fullscreen, there is always a big black bar across the bottom, even 800 x 600 does the same thing every single resolution does the exact same thing =/ if anyone knows how to fix this.. i would really appreciate it, thank you. =)

Yours are on the sides because you have some option on to keep the aspect ratio fixed. Most monitors are wider than it is tall, so idk why there would be a bar at the bottom of the screen. Better wait for pics.

If I take a picture it doesn't show up, it's a monitor thing or something, although I've never had this problem before, but since a few patches back it started lol.

like a digital camera pic or something.
