It still looks slow. Maybe that's just the video lowering the frame rate.

Video is very laggy for some reason.

Also, I saw Energy Drain work normally.

*Is happy*

I had a lot of lag with fraps on, but if i could show you what it's like without lag i would. :/

The cast time is exactly the same as it was. The only difference is that you get out of the attack way faster than you used to.

I believe that still counts as "cast time." If half of the cast animation is affected, that's still a cast time decrement. The hang-time for the Dragon going into the arc was also shortened a bit. Even so, it's still not much of a change from before, really. =/

If anyone is curious, Thunder Breaker's skills in Transform were also fixed... although this wasn't mentioned in the patch notes.

You've just convinced me to go make a similar video of my Marksman.

I very much enjoy your videos. Keep it up.

Like i have said before, i tested number of casts in and out of transform. It was 42 casts per minute in both forms. Just because you get out of an attack faster doesn't mean the cast time changed. In this example, instead of being able to move after the hit animation (dragon coming up from the ground that you see on each mob) you can now move WHILE that is happening. If you've played around with no delay, you'll notice that it is aptly named. You have no delay. The attack instantly happens and your character can freely move around the instant you cast it, but the animation still plays regardless of how long it is.

Well, check this out:

http://www.reelseo.com/youtube-hd-update/

All I had to do was add "&fmt=22" to the end of my video, and the quality was instantly better. >_>

That was posted 2 years ago, LOL. &fmt=22 is the same exact thing as increasing the quality on the video player.

I'm sure I'm behind on just about everything with video editing/uploading. I just posted a topic with my video, so go easy on me. I haven't done any video stuffs in a couple of years. :3

Oh i know. I just saw it. Everyone gets fooled with the &fmt=22 all the time, though. xD
