Storing Maplestory

Can I store half of the MS files on my computer Hard drive and the other half on a flash drive? This is because I don't have enough room on each of them alone. Or do the files all have to be in one place ?

you can store the files in separate places, but for you to actually play maplestory, everything has to be in 1 folder.
