15% Visual Bug?

I just saw this on Basil =O Common sense tells me its only a visual typo (similar to 30% shield ma's description saying its 50% successrate) and it will end up giving def when it passes, but another part of me wants to believe it actually adds wa due to Nexon's notorious programming bugs.

Anyone scrolled a 15% overall str from the butterfly scroll-trade event can confirm this? It's already in basil, so no need to try and keep it on the lowdown ;3

So the strings say it adds Weapon Attack, yet the values indicate an increment in WDEF.

I think the top one is the description, and the bottom one is the stats that are added by the scroll, meaning it adds no wep atk, but instead adds def. Nexon and their silly typos.

lol if it was tradeable i'd sell it for bilions saying it adds attack... oh wait... its scumzors
