Trouble Changing Password

Whenever I try changing my password, I have to enter my birthday. And every time, it says I have the wrong birthday. I have tried this on multiple accounts and I am positive I know what date I entered. Is there something wrong with the Nexon website or is it just my own 2 computers? Can someone try to type in their birthday and tell me if they can do it?
