Type it, you have it.
SERIOUSLY.
The original was amazing by itself, this one is going to be just PERFECT.
I can't wait to type "supersonic tomato". Or lettuce. Or cat. Or van. Or Abraham Lincoln. OR ANYTHING. CANINE ARMCHAIR. CLEVER ROCK. HUGE NERD. AWESOME CLOCK. RED GOGGLES. STEEL, FROZEN, ZOMBIFIED TREE.
WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR! READ THAT THING.

You just saw images of awesome stuff, an advanced level editor, and a house on legs.

Excited for this game. But I foresee it being like the first: "OMG AWESOME" for 3 days. "pineappleing puzzles" for 1. Never touching it afterward.

If you saw the LOOOOOONG text, it talked about that part too. They are improving EVERYTHING people complained about. Less levels, more thought ones. Like a wedding crasher one, for example. You need to get past the guard, with a suit, for example. Then, withdraw the ex-boyfriend's present, but without giving yourself out. Like putting it on a bag, for example. Then, getting out, and etc. Or a secret agent mission, making you grab a microfilm from a contact, and deploying it somewhere, without being seen by cameras... I remember it said some complex stuff. And the levels have like objectives you need to fulfill.
And if you get tired of the 120 levels they are apparently adding, have you seen the level editor? It's looking AMAZING so far. Including all the stuff there should have been before. And now it's there. And of course, those levels being shared. I hope they get shared without friend codes too, like loading from your Wii, or something. Not counting on that, but would make it neat.
Also you can type zombified pirate, so everything's good.

As cool as those might sound, there's a very fine line between a complex, challenging, engaging level, and a pain in the ass level that makes you throw your DS at the wall. :/
Issue I see with an editor is lack of motivation: When you can make ANYTHING, where do you start?
Still excited for this. :]
Edit:
I still want to see some kind of system for adding new words for existing sprites*, and new sprites + word combos.
*Chinchilla, guinea pig, and hamster all had the same sprite in the first game.

The gameplay has been improved DRASTICALLY. In addition to being able to switch to D-pad at any time, the touch screen controls now are improved. Like, when you stop touching, Maxwell stops too. And stuff isn't knocked over so easily this time. Everything has more weight now. So yeah, controls ironed out a lot.

Ah, but I don't mean you creating your levels, but you playing other people's ones! And apparently, they are changing some of the already existing words. Jetpack, for example, doesn't run out of fuel so easily now. And canon lets you load stuff in it. Like hamsters.Yes, hamsters.
But yeah, I just hope for them to make sharing levels easy... It'd be just PERFECT that way.

Im gonna load a Cannon with a furious pear.
Quote:So far, so good. In one level, the game's hero, Maxwell, must put ingredients into a device called the Create-a-Tron to make a werewolf. In another, he must find a cure for a girl infected with the plague by seeking out the diseased animal that caused the plague, taking it to a doctor, and helping the doctor find a cure. Other levels involve helping Maxwell get to the front of the line for the launch party of a new video game; finding the ingredients for a love potion so a witch can romance a monster; choosing an animal with similarities to a pair of caged animals; and rescuing students who are encased in fire, ice, and stone.
This seems like the levels will be muchy bigger and more adventure based. wich is good.
They say that something awesome can only get bad. but I dont think that aplies to scribblenauts
