Freaking hilarious. Its even funnier if you know events or facts he's alluding to in his jokes.
The Chinese accent is a big bonus too.
Some of my favorite Joe Wong jokes from that video (NOTE: VIDEO SPOILER!)
- When he mentioned how learning two languages - English and Chinese was a good thing, because when you become the President of the U.S., you can use your English skills to sign legislation. Also, you can use your Chinese language skills to talk with "debt collectors". That got me laughing pretty hard. (He's alluding to China's massive holdings of U.S. Treasury bonds, as we have sold a lot of those bonds to China to help fund our debt. Aka, we're borrowing $ from them)
- His interpretation of "Baby on Board". He says it equals to a crying baby and a nagging wife. I lol'd at that
- Made a joke about working in the rice paddy fields and the quarries, and mentioning how they used explosives to break rocks in the quarry, and how their [Chinese] lives traveled fast as sound and as slow as flying rocks. Good reference to China's poor mine safety record, in a funny way
- On top of not being able to peel off bumper stickers, he also didn't understand what one bumper sticker said ("If you don't speak English, go home!"). I think he may be referencing to how immigrants - if they do not assimilate into American society - get poked fun of because of their bad English
- Linking the reason why convenience stores get robbed with the Second Amendment.
- Two ways of coming into the U.S : Row vs. Wade (play-on to the famous court case Roe v Wade)
- Text messaging and referencing to rogue states suspected of building nukes. "OMG you're building nukes? You're doing it wrong, LOL".
He was sort of funny at times, I guess. What killed it for me was that I couldn't understand half the things he was saying, and the subtitles would only show half the joke, then skip to "[APPLAUSE]". I didn't laugh that much.

Don't rely on the CC, it doesn't show what he's saying in its entirely. Just listen to it very carefully (despite the fob accent mixed in).
BTW, edited my OP to indicate my favorited Joe Wong jokes (however, its a video spoiler; if you want to be amazed at his jokes, I suggest you hold off from looking at my preference until you finish watching it. )
Will, there was an added effect to the convenience store jokes regarding the Second Amendment because it was the second joke in the pair with the same convenience store response. When you understand both jokes and view them in the linear fashion he intended, they're that much more hilarious. Add to the fact he has a strong accent and purposely broke the English of the punchline in each case ("Uh..why our convenience store just robbed), and the layers of humor surrounding his satirical commentary are noted for their brilliance.

Damn, I didn't catch the second part of the conveience store-Second Amendment joke. I think I was laughing too hard when he brillantly made a connection between two of those things, lol.
Edit: Here's another video of him in another stint - Perils of Driving
