Ok you southperry computer pro's,
help me out so I can finally get this pomegranate out my way.
So, what the hell is this thing?
xDvnnn.sys is a file, I guess, created by xTrap that puts itself in the system32 folder. It actually isnt xDvnnn.sys, It's xDv###.sys because the nnn part takes place for any number and that number all depends on your game etc. Because xTrap is a system that is suppose to be an anti cheating program, sometimes it's seen as a virus or malware. I've ran scans and windows live security does not even pick it up.
How the pineapple does this affect OP?
Ok so I'm, again, wanting to play LaTale. Haha, oh me always thinks that "Oh it's been a while maybe that fixed this problem while I was gone." I was horribly wrong. It still exists. Ever single time I click play, bam BSOD. Some times the game will pop up, beginning to load, bam BSOD.
What's been done?
So far I've done so much research on this problem. I've seen it affecting many other people, and it exists in every game that xTrap exists. One of my most reliable sources of evidence that this problem is an xTrap error is that I can play Europe LaTale perfectly with no error at all. The only reason I don't play EULaTale is that I have horrible distance lag. Weird that I can play kMS with no distance lag, but not EULaTale. I even looked up hacking techniques to bypass xTrap just so I could play.
I am seriously so tired of this, so please can anyone help me shed some light on this problem. I've thought that ok maybe it's Vista, maybe I should upgrade to 7. Though, I don't know if that will even help/
