What virus protection do you use? Some Virus protection programs with active scan have problems with youtube. Avast! has this problem, I think.
Also, do you have any plugins that download flash objects, or a Greasemonkey script that does something similar? For instance, if you have Download Helper, it may be set to download flash files from web pages automatically, so it tries to capture every youtube vid you encounter.
If you do happen to have Download Helper, and don't want to disable/uninstall it, then you have to change its settings.
Capture -> Galleries -> Disable "Gallery method"
Edit - Yeah, just saw the Download Helper icon on your Firefox. Change the settings and you should be fine. Tell me if you have any problems after.

Gallery method wasn't enabled so that isn't the problem. This pop up only happens if I click too fast. If I spread out the videos, like say 5 minutes at a time, it works fine.
And yes, I use Avast!
EDIT: Okay, I just disabled download helper as a whole and I think that worked for some reason. o_O
Thanks!

Your version of downloadhelper is buggy. Had the same problem too, and I just remember installing a later version to fix it.

I agree with Yotsuba that it may happens because of the antivirus softwares of problem regarding to flash.Well you should go further with any other video download software for this problem. That may help you to solve the problem.
