there's another move with a typo that says 2200% instead of 220% but i forget which. hopefully just a typo.

It's Elemental Reset. It acutally says 2200 seconds for level 12. Yeah it's a typo, it went away.

Ice Breath has approximately 540ms of charge time.

Appears to be the freeze time unless the server synch is that horrible for my otherwise suggested two second freeze.

Some moar questions:

1. All magic crits, including Evans, are multiplicative, right? So it would be 1.5x damage?

2. Is Fury 1.1x damage or +110%?

3. Amp is 135% damage, not 135% Magic, right?

1. Crits are always additive. I don't know of a single crit in the game that's multiplicative.

2. Don't know. I'd assume it'd work like berserk for DrKs (1.1 damage multiplier), but don't quote me on that eh.

3. It's a 1.35 multiplier to damage.

1) Crits are only multiplicative for mages. Everyone else is additive.
2) 1.1x damage i think.
