my one year old pug got cut in some area of his chin/neck and scared of it might kill him

I didnt get a good look at it but it wasnt that big but was open

but please help

UPDATE:we just found out that my sister out a rubberband around his neck and the cuts deep
but we put peroxide on it
oh and we cant go to the vet we dont have the money

well, you should be rushing to a vet, and be posting this on a medical/ pet forum, or if you cant find one, yahoo answers at the least

(you should have had a forum for emergencies and a vet looked up before you even got your puppy)

reminds of a time that a guy found a person who got into a car wreck, and instead of calling the cops for help, he tweeted for help.
