What should I buy with about 530m funding?

I'm really wanting to make an Assassin and I have 530m funding after selling my warrior equipment. I already have a 10 attack work glove, 2 attack 8 dex PAC, 8 dex earrings, and a zHelm leftover that I can use for the character

I have two options: I can go a moderate dexless build wearing some dex equipment, or I can go straight lowdex and save trouble and money.

I know Assassins take the most funding to build great, so I'd some input on how I should spend the little I do have.

A horntail pendant would be very nice with that low dex build.

Wouldn't a MoN be more beneficial?

If possible try to go pure dexless. Get your hands on some godly scrolled BSS (althought I don't know how much they cost now since the Dual Blade hype). Some dex top+bottom (if male) or a luk avenger (if female). I suggest you should go with the MoN since it's cheaper and more beneficial.

How much, in your opinion, should I allocate to top, bottom, claw, and shoes? and what kind of stats would I attain on the gear with the price limitation?

I want to get 8 sets of ilbi, but is eight a good number? I'm sure I can get them for 9.5m a set.
