I don't mind this event if the prices are as cheap as those from the pet bundle event from ~3 months ago (the one with a pet, two equips, a 2x card). I've been meaning to name my kitty. I doubt it though, since these are all the newer pets.

Adoption isn't free, be it a child or a pet in real life, you get charged for it

as a person that works at a shelter part time, the fee you pay when adopting a pet is to cover costs such as spay/neuter, food while it was there, and vet costs the animal incurred, and to pay for all the paid employees to take care of animals. Some may say, "my kitten barely ate anything, and had no vet costs why do i still have to pay so much?" while some animals are "cheap" for the shelter, not all are so fortunate and even though your cat had little cost for the shelter another cat may have needed $5K in vet treatment and that money has to come from somewhere.

ON TOPIC: no love for these events, they should always be in the CS (even on a rotation would work) as most people are gonna buy almost all the pieces everytime they buy a pet anyway

Not much of a bargain. If you don't care about the name tag, it's still cheaper to just buy pet, magnet and pouch separately.

OHHHH they mean that the bundles are only available for one week I thought they meant the pets only lasted one week!
