Post dates and descriptions of significant (or whatever you can remember) events during your time on the interbutts.

mine
In the hour or so (damn I started at 3:54 and ended at 5:05) it took to write this, I ended up straying from what I'd initially intended to put on here. Oh well. Inb4 "I didn't actually read what everyone else posted and I'm just posting mine because it brings back memories".
2000 - I start to use the internet regularly to play Neopets.
2002 - AOL message boards regular. First forum/message board experience.
October, 2003 - I start playing RuneScape. Most awesome thing ever back then.
November, 2004 - I start playing MapleStory. I'm to be obsessed with this game for the next four and 1/4 years of my life. Most of the events from here on out are MS related. First ever character was Tokegewah (Named after some guy from Shaman King whose name I couldn't clearly remember; I still can't remember it).
2005 - I start playing GunBound. Best goddamn whatever-it-is-game ever. Until the faggotron changes came, this game was the shit. Now it's just stupid and mediocre. I mean really, now the wind changes once per match and there are stupid weather properties. The fuck, Softnyx?
March, 2005 - I join OnRPG's MapleStory section and become a regular. I'm to be a regular poster until 2008. Best forum ever back then, until the intelligence levels went way down and the "LOOK AT ME I'M A MOD YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME OR ELSE" levels went up.
March, 2005 - I begin to play GunZ. I still retain most of my knowledge about this game today, but I didn't get "good" (read: learn to K-Style) until 2006. Still, met a bunch of good people and was a member of a good clan for a short while.
May, 2005 - I begin to play ROSE Online. Really memorable experience for me. I met a few cool people and overall had a great time. I ended up playing MS more and eventually dropped it.
August, 2005 - I join The Wild Mongooses, a former big time Scania guild and awesome group of people altogether. I'm still a part of this community. I was in the in-game guild until about halfway through 2006.
August, 2005 - I create my first real character in Official GMS. I promised to stay with the beta version since we were promised "exclusive access to content before the official version" by Wizet. Sadly, this never happened. So, ChaosXLegion is born after watching a few episodes of Naruto on Cartoon Network and deciding that I want an Assassin. Chaos would go on to be my first 3rd job character.
September?, 2005 - I attend my first OnRPG Scania (it was only Scania, Bera, and Broa lol) meet. I meet a lot of new people and make a lot of friends; earliest memorable MapleStory experience I've had. Spawning on top of the old Henesys FM was awesome.
November, 2005 - I purchase and subsequently get my ass kicked in Counter-Strike: Source. First real FPS experience other than the occasional Halo prior to this.
December, 2005 - My taste in music shifts from mainstream hip-hop that everyone was listening to to Linkin Park and Green Day...that everyone was listening to. Influenced mostly by hanging around the interwebs with a 13 year old mind.
January, 2006 - Level 40. Big accomplishment for me. I remember that I was competing with my friend Rayn, who had two sets of Tobis against my 3 Icicles and numerous Kumbis.
February, 2006 - Level 50. Huge accomplishment for me. It was on Superbowl Sunday before the actual game; Seahawks vs. Steelers, I think. Was at Wraiths with my friend ExAtlas, who was pretty much leeching me as I helped with the luring and did the looting.
February, 2006 - I start to learn and become good at K-Style. I join the clan Reb0rn in GunZ and become particularly good friends with someone whose IGN I sadly can't remember; it had "Akatsuki" in it. Reb0rn was the clan that originally taught me how to K-Style. Good people, they were.
April, 2006 - I begin to play Silkroad Online. Played with a few OnRPG/TWM peeps, was fun being a pure STR Fire Glavie. I had a few good equips, I don't remember which. I wasn't too far off from being around top tier in terms of equipment; sadly if you were to ask me what "top tier" was, I wouldn't remember at all.
July, 2006 - Level 60. At Crown on the Hill, in front of my friend RageGamer. Subsequently equipped my badass 3/2 Bronze ID, 10 DEX Sauna, and 34 (yeah, 34, not 33; I landed a 60 on it holy crap) ATT Dark Slain. Would eventually replace them with a 4/1 Silver ID and even more badass 38 ATT Dark Gigantic that cost me nearly all my money (7m).
October, 2006 - I leave the TWM in-game guild due to inactivity and join Vanquishers. Some people from OnRPG were in that guild; it was a pretty large guild (well, for yesterday's standards) with two divisions. I got along with some people, can't say we were tightly knit though. Besides FrozenRage, though; Chris was my bro.
October, 2006 - Level 70. Third job. I feel fucking awesome at this point. I used like all of my potions fighting Dark Lord because I spazzed about dying and having to do it again, so I was potion finger-happy for the whole fight. I put a point into Avenger and marvel over the fact that I can actually hit more than one monster at a time. Also, 43/3 Blue Scarab.
December, 2006 - Level 72, and I temporarily retire my Hermit to make a Page, Xaenus. My names are pretty original at this point. First above average character, really. I begin my short-lived career in WoW at this point, getting a Night Elf Hunter to level 52 and getting bored.
January, 2007 - I join the official Scanian OnRPG guild and function as a Jr. Master. The guild was short-lived and was eventually merged with Manifest, led by my friends Hail, Revive, and SciCkmot. I kept my JM position throughout.
January, 2007 - I purchase my first NX cards, totaling at $50. I spend absolutely none of it on stuff that would actually have benefitted me and use it all up on generic NX clothes and my first pet, Sammy the penguin. I actually have a sentimental attachment to Sammy to this day, lol
February, 2007 - I successfully scroll my first "good" (or so it was considered) piece of equipment; a 73/6 (I think) ATT Maple Doom Singer.
March, 2007[/B - I get back on my Hermit and eventually quit Manifest the same month due to an argument with a fellow JM. I never rejoin. That same month, I join Aqueous, the guild that my friends Matt (LiabiIity/HeaIadin/whatever other IGNs he had) and Muff (RyanTheLeper, I forget his IGN before name change) invited me to. Really cool group of people, I would've stayed longer had the guild not been subject to the leader's account being hacked. I'm left guildless a few weeks after joining.
[B]April, 2007 - During a ZPQ with my friends Tyndra, OmegaDragon, and xtrizZaLm, I meet SqueakySun (Manda) and Krneh and subsequently join Reverie. Little did I know that this guild would become my second family until June of 2008.
October, 2007 - I retire my Hermit a second time to make a Crossbowman, Hybe. He would go on to become my highest level character ever, eventually reaching level 99.
December, 2007 - I start to get close to one of my guild members whose name I would rather not disclose. A relationship starts to form, starting with a Venus Fireworks ring existing between us. Arguably the best Christmas of my life, both online and off.
January, 2008 - Drama occurs regarding that relationship (A boyfriend/girlfriend thing was never established; I'd rather not discuss what happened but it wasn't your typical bf/gf argument thing). I remove the Venus Fireworks ring that I had and stuff it in my Cash Shop storage, never to put it on again. I can't look at that ring without being sickened, even to this day.
January, 2008 - Later in the month, I hit level 70 on Hybe. Big accomplishment for me, second 3rd job character ever. Being a Sniper was kickass.
June, 2008 - After the guild hacking epidemic, drama has been ensuing for the past few months. I end up leaving Reverie early in the month. Towards the end of June, I begin to play S4 League in the Korean beta test. I'm still a regular player of the game to this day.
July 7, 2008 - I join Southperry. Mandatory entry.
July, 2008 - I join and quit KoM. I'd failed my trial for reasons I'd rather not disclose. I'm without a stable community of friends right now, so my interest in MS begins to dwindle.
August, 2008 - Late in July, I had joined Literacy. They were the last tightly knit community I would ever be a part of on MapleStory; I'm still friends with some of them today. Great group of people.
August, 2008 - A week or two after the Crimsonwood Keep patch begins what I consider the official end of my MapleStory career. I'm to come back for a few scattered weeks throughout the course of 2009, but I'm pretty much done with MS at this point. Hybe is at level 92.
September, 2008 - I stop capitalizing and punctuating on-the-dot when I'm going about my everyday internet business. I only do so when I'm posting on a forum or something.
April, 2009 - Two-year anniversary of being a member of Reverie. Reverie is so important that I had to add this. Also, started to play the European version of S4 League after a long hiatus, after easy foreign access to KRS4 was denied.
May, 2009 - I return to MS for a few weeks. Everyone that was in Reverie that I'd had issues with, I'd reconciled with. These few weeks were fun; it was as if I was reliving being in Reverie again. I'm done with MS again by June.
June, 2009 - I begin to play the European version of Dragonica for a month or so with Mira, Cactuar, Zaotsu, Magus, Lucida, xBTAx, and Providence. Very fun while it lasted; I was in a guild with Cactuar and got to level 32 on my Arbalist. I registered for NA Dragonica eventually, but never actually played. I might get back into that game when summer rolls around this year.
March, 2010 - I honestly don't know what else to add. The internet became less and less a part of my life from 2008 to 2010. I don't know if I'll ever get back into MMORPGs again. I'm sticking with S4 League and using what I've learned from using the interwebs to guide me through whatever I've got in front of me.
