What's the difference between a weeabo and a wapanese person

There's a difference . . . . ?

Weeaboo is generally used for non-Asians who want to be Asian in general. Wapanese is used for non Japanese who wish to be Japanese (I would think this would include non-Japanese Asians as well).

They're mostly used in the same way though.
