How many notes did you get?

I believe you only need to level your main 15 times. 5*3 + 12 = 27 notes.

By him saying that he's too lazy to level his DK, I think he understands that the chair is untradeable.

There aren't any bonuses between 1 and 29.

I doubt any main would be anywhere in the range of 1 and 29.

I get lazy leveling up my higher-leveled characters so any events that involve leveling up for prizes I just get demotivated and end up leveling another character instead. Though I have 5 notes I can use for...something

=x my DK was level 100 when the event started so I might actually be able to get the chair (only need to level to 115, up to 103 already). Not sure if I can manage that but I really want a rock 'n roll chair.

The nerb I made for this is already up to 45. Got like 42 notes or something cause I forgot to click the bulb a few levels because I had like 7 quests in it. D:
