VPN 807 Error

So, I've set up a VPN. The problem is I keep getting an 807 error whenever I attempt to connect. I've tried shutting off firewalls, and googling solutions but I haven't come out with anything useful. Since I can't think of anything, I was hoping maybe you guys could. I'm running 64-bit W7, and my old computer (which could connect just fine to it) ran 32-bit XP.

First thing is firewall, but apparently, you checked that. Hmm.. I haven't done VPN in a while, I'd have to refer back to my book. I'll tell you if I figure out something. Sounds odd.

Turns out my current router doesn't support GRE. I have no idea how I was connecting before, but apparently it just doesn't work with w7.
