I'm pretty sure it was every 5 in kMS, but every 10 seems more likely.

Since it's different than it was in kMS, I can't talk but it's probably 2 tokens for 10-30 milestones, 3 tokens for 40-50, 4 tokens for 60-70, 5 tokens for 70+.
