Ninja Ambush formula is wrong

Currently, in the Maplestory Formula Compilation thread, the formula for Ninja Ambush is wrong.

It's listed as 2*[STR+LUK]*DMG Mastery

However, as a Shadower with level 1 Ambush, and 44 STR with 700 LUK, I tested this out to see. The formula says I should do 922 damage, but I only do 714. After this conclusion, I started running tests with a Shadower friend to see what the formula was. The reason I started doing this, is to see if Ninja Ambush was even remotely worth putting points into at level 190.

EDIT: The medal stated in the calculation is the Outstanding Citizen Medal (+1 LUK), with the Yellow Sock (+1 LUK)

Projected Damage is the damage running off the formula stated before. By reading the numbers, you'll notice somethings are strange. It seems as if LUK adds 1.5 damage, except when it comes to the 10 LUK PAC. DEX is also adding damage as well.

If you have Ninja Ambush, run some tests as well to help compile what the formula is, as I'm curious myself how it works... it's questionable if this 12 second DoT sucks or not...

I figured it out with a few tests:

floor((STR + LUK) * (1.5 + (skillLevel * 0.05)) * damage%)

It matches all of your results perfectly.

You're missing the DEX affiliation he sees, where a 9DEX earring improved damage by 1. (That is, going from 113 to 122 improved damage, but 123 to 132 did not)

91 Dex and 1168 Luk => 1209 Level 1 Ninja Ambush in game.

It appears Fiel's new formula may be correct (the predicted number was the same as in game). At least for my case with Level 1 NA.
